Overview
We map the real process - including edge cases - and build systems that match it, with traceability for compliance and retrospectives.
Suited to shared services, regulated workflows, and operations with cross-functional handoffs.
Core services
Components we combine and sequence based on your constraints and timeline.
Process design
BPMN-style clarity, RACI, and data captured at each step.
Application build
Task queues, forms, rules engines, and notification matrices.
Reporting
Operational and management views, exports, and scheduled packs.
Change management
Training, cutover plans, and admin tools for process updates.
Typical flow
A reference sequence; we adapt depth and gates to your organisation.
| # | Stage | What happens |
|---|---|---|

| 02 | Configure MVP process | First vertical slice live with a pilot team. |
| 03 | Broaden Rollout waves | By site, product line, or region with feedback loops. |
| 04 | Optimise Continuous improvement | KPI reviews, backlog of process tweaks, and integration expansion. |

Commercial model
Breadth of process, exception handling, audit needs, and integrations drive scope. We quote after discovery.
We start with a focused discovery (paid or unpaid, depending on complexity). You receive a written scope or SOW: milestones, acceptance tests, and a defined change process. NDAs and your procurement steps are routine.
Fixed scope
Documented requirements, milestones, and acceptance criteria. Delivery targets an agreed release or go-live.
When it applies
Pilot department or region with a contained process map.
Phased programme
Successive increments with checkpoints, integrations, and change control as scope evolves.
When it applies
Enterprise rollout across units, heavy compliance, or many system handoffs.
Ongoing partnership
Retained monthly capacity for maintenance, incremental features, releases, and operational support.
When it applies
Process changes, new steps, and operational support after stabilisation.
Fees are quoted per engagement after discovery. Third-party cloud, licensing, and usage charges are usually billed to your accounts unless we agree otherwise.
